  I absolutely love DSW in Danbury, CT. The staff there are exceptional and they give you over and above service and treat you like their guest. I am very grateful for the support Stella, Kelly and Michelle gave/give me. They are consistently lovely and good representatives for DSW‘s customer service culture. Please thank them for me.

  Almost never leaving empty handed. Prices are good and employees helpful. You should try the store.

  Ordered shoes on line and did not get the B1G1 half off, so I was told when they came in, to bring them to the store and they would do a price adjustment. I call that good customer service.

  Great selection but where is the customer service? The girls were chatting the whole time instead of helping customer. What a joke
