  Ordered shoes on line and did not get the B1G1 half off, so I was told when they came in, to bring them to the store and they would do a price adjustment. I call that good customer service.

  Great selection but where is the customer service? The girls were chatting the whole time instead of helping customer. What a joke

  Went this early this morning (2/19) to get new work shoes & insoles. The store was pristine with the staff working hard organizing the store. I found what I needed easily and was helped by Kristen at check out. She was so bubbly and kind & even helped me save $5 by downloading the app, receiving future exclusive promos. I haven't been to DSW in a while but I will be returning sooner than I thought. Thank you everyone for your kindness today!
