If you’re looking for cozy loungewear, Aerie is the perfect place to shop. It’s refreshing to see a store that focuses on comfortable basics—ones that can be easily adapted for a casual day out, working out, or vacation wear. Unfortunately, it’s disappointing that in increasing their attention to fashion, Aerie now has such a limited selection in terms of bras and underwear. They used to have several styles of bras to choose from but now most everything is sold online. I have to agree somewhat with the other reviewers that the customer service isn’t exactly what it used to be. Similar to its American Eagle brethren, Aerie is an independent shopping experience—you get help only when you ask for it. The fitting rooms are unnaturally dark and were a tad messy when I visited on a Saturday afternoon, but I can’t deny the quality and fit of their activewear line. Everything was stunning. And while the prices shouldn’t be taken lightly, nothing is unreasonable, and nothing is “too trendy.” Aerie is staple shopping at its finest.

I placed an order online that clearly stated order will be ready WITHIN 2 hours. I drove an hour since I do not have an Arie in my area to be told that online orders sometimes need to be shipped to the store and can take DAYS. The associate was completely unsympathetic to my situation and offered zero help in rectifying the situation. I will no longer shop at Arie since online policy is awful and the store is too far from my home.

I had a very bad experience at the Aerie in the Danbury Fair Mall today. I asked for help from 2 of the stores female employees with an item I wanted to purchase. The employees told me to go find it myself and offered no assistance to me. The employees were rude and unprofessional towards me and I have taken offense. They had no interest in helping any customers in the store. Due to this lack of professionalism and disregard for my business, I will not be shopping at Aerie in the future.
