  Juan at the Sunglass Hut went above and beyond. He understood exactly what I needed, handled an issue with my Oakley Flak 2.0 XL, and made sure everything was right. Rare level of service.

  I had an excellent experience at Sunglass Hut inside Bass Pro Shops. I came in with a few questions about my sunglasses, and Juan went completely above and beyond to help me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident about my purchase. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to receive that level of customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the way Juan took care of me. I’ll definitely be coming back because of this experience. Highly recommend!

  I had a fantastic experience at Sunglass Outfitters at Bass Pro Shops on New Year’s Day. We stopped in to purchase sunglasses, and the representative who helped us (I wish I remembered his name!) was an absolute 10/10. He took his time walking us through different options, making sure we found the right fit and style. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and patient he was—he even explained how to replace lenses in glasses we had previously purchased. On top of that, he gave us a hands-on demonstration of the Meta glasses, which was such a cool bonus. He truly made us feel like we were his only customers, never rushed us, and went above and beyond with his service. Exceptional experience—thank you!
