  Highly recommend coming to Shane Co for your jewelry! I was pretty nervous about the whole process of getting an engagement ring because it was something new and super daunting. Connor made me feel comfortable and helped me move through the process smoothly. I got the ring in the time frame he gave me and was able to propose within my planned time frame. My fiancée said yes and she adores the ring he helped me choose! Thank you Shane Co and Connor for being a safe space to do something so special!

  Long time, loyal customer to Shane Co. I’m always impressed by the professionalism and warm welcome every time I enter your store. Daniel took the time to go above and beyond for me. We went through numerous pieces, stones and settings and he continued to provide exemplary customer service through it all. After finding the perfect ring, Daniel checked me out and turned my ring over to your jewelers for final touches. I was told it could take a few days to be finished. It took less than 24 hours! I am beyond impressed with my whole experience! Thank you Daniel and Shane Co.!

  15 Years of Incredible Service – Madison Was Amazing! I purchased my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band here 15 years ago, and Shane Co. continues to exceed expectations. We recently brought her original ring in for some routine warranty work. While it was there, I decided to surprise her for our 15th anniversary by purchasing a matching wedding band to complement her set. What Made It Great: •Secret Coordination: Madison Crossier helped me through the entire process completely via email so I could keep the anniversary gift a total surprise. •Flawless Execution: The customer service was top-tier, and the ring turned out absolutely fantastic. We loved Shane Co. 15 years ago, and their outstanding service ensures we will remain loyal customers for years to come. Highly recommend asking for Madison!

  Have always had great experiences here! Their jewelry selection is great, and the store is immaculatly clean During our last visit, Travis was super helpful/knowledgeable with cleaning my jewelry. Just knocking off one star due to their new scheduling system. I much prefer the prior way things worked, where you just walked in and someone would help you when you they were available. Now you have to make sure you schedule an appointment or you get onto the waiting list (which can be pretty long at times). The last time I came here, I ended up leaving without help since the wait was upwards of 30 minutes. Also the old system felt a lot more personal which was an important feeling when making large purchases! Now it feels more commercialized with having to sign up for a time slot/waiting list

  ***Editing review- It's not often anymore that companies admit they made a mistake and actually put the effort in to make things right. However, Shane Co. did just that. 24 hours after the original snafu, they corrected the issues, made sure the item was completed, and made things right. Now that's how you keep customers returning. You've definitely earned back my business. I see a necklace in my future....*** Do you enjoy wasting 4+ hours of your time AND your excitement about a custom piece only to be left completely uninformed and disappointed?! Then this is the store for you! Come on down, where they'll make promises they can't keep, and, to make things all the more interesting, they will offer you nothing but an apology to "make it right ". You heard that right folks- your satisfaction with your purchase is not even worth $100 in store credit! Even when you've spent more than $20, 000, that is "just not something we do". So if you're in the market for wasting gas, time, expensive disappointment and less-than-stellar customer service, you've found the place that will wholeheartedly deliver! Prior to this experience, I had nothing but good things to say about Shane Company. It's truly unfortunate that repeat business is not valued any longer.
