  I purchased a sterling silver and diamond bracelet from Shane Co online. That transaction was fine with no issues. Since the purchase I have went to the store for cleaning and inspection. Today I was at the store and one lady said someone will be with you. I proceeded to wait 25 mins, while making 8 laps around the store and got zero help. Other customers walked in after and was asked if they needed help. This was all on camera obviously, so maybe someone who cares will review the video. This was today 8-17-2026 around 1:45pm. One guy with shaved sides and long red pony tail, came out and asked a lady who just came in for help. I walked over to him and he looked out of the corner of his eye at me. They knew I was there but never helped me, they were all sitting inside the middle area watching thru the windows. I would never recommend anyone to this company. Guess my bracket will no longer have warranty since they company won’t help for inspection and cleaning.

  Araceli and Jacob were absolutely amazing! We came in on a busy Sunday afternoon and they helped us find the perfect anniversary gift. Araceli helped us find a chain that better suited everyday use and Jacob was able to sauder the new chain that day!! Thank you so much!!

  Simply can’t rave enough about our experience at Shane Co. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Judson, and we had the BEST time looking through rings and deciding on the perfect one!! It was a memory that we will have forever, thanks Judson!

  Thank you Maurice for being able to tighten up my diamonds in my wedding ring for me in only 5 minutes and also to the lady who helped me today and took the extra care and attention to my ring during my cleaning to notice that they were loose. Always a good experience here the employees are so helpful and friendly!
