She wasn’t friendly and kept walking away from us without saying anything. We weren’t sure what was happening or why she kept leaving. She wasn’t listening to what we were saying and didn’t make recommendations based on my interests, she just kind of stood there. Other associates walked by smiling at us, but Araceli never smiled. I did not find what I was looking for but I did end up buying a silver chain. After I paid Araceli once again walked away without saying anything. My friend asked if I was done and I said I think so, I paid and I am wearing the chain. My friend wanted to look at a couple of rings, but when Araceli returned she seemed to be bothered by having to do more work. After looking at one ring we left. My friend apologized to me for Araceli’s behavior, she said that has never happened there before. My friend is a regular customer.
