  I purchased two items, attempted to wear them during a low impact 20 minute workout and the sports bra has zero under boob support and the short lets were riding up. I quit my workout, remove the clothing and put it with the receipts back in the bag to return since the products were not fitting or as supportive as advertised. I was denied a refund, store credit or exchanged and received an attitude from the General Manager Gabby who stated “yeah, it’s a low impact bra” (yeah, I wasn’t doing a high impact workout, just simply walking and bras are not meant to allow under boob spillage) “you wore these how am I suppose to resell them?” I am reaching out to the regional manager and will no longer be a customer of Lululemon due to the lack of professionalism during my customer service in store interaction and insanely struck return policy for what is suppose to be a high end product that did not function.

  Outstanding! I had exchanges to make. Very easy. Everyone was so helpful in explaining sizes and bringing items to the dressing room for me to try on. Very helpful. Highly recommended!

  Worst experience i’ve experienced anywhere. I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. There was a white male worker with glasses standing right there and he just looked us up and down and walked away. A couple of ladies came in right after us and he greeted them. It made us feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. The male employee must be judgmental, they shouldn’t have anyone like that up front working!

  Usually love this location staff is always friendly, however, today I went in to exchange a gift from my brother, same item just different size. The middle aged white woman asked if I was ready to check out, I didn’t have my gift receipt and gave her his email address so that she can pull up the item and said that he was not allowed to buy stuff for other people other than himself under his account and that she would “honor his discount this time”. As if she was doing me a favor I was not buying anything with his discount as I also have my own account. I felt as if this woman was down talking me because of my race and was discriminating my sister and I for even being in the store. I thought Lululemon had better customer service training regulations. I’ve never been embarrassed like this for a simple exchange.

  The clothes still had the tags. My mom gave me them to me for a present. I don't have a receipt. How can f150 worth of clothing not be returned because there wasn't proof of purchase. I will never support this store. Or wear anything associated.
