  I was there earlier for return , they greet very friendly. She acknowledge me . They were helping other customer and I waited patiently on line around 5-6 minutes. There two ladies customers came after me and she started to help them, I was super mad and drop my things on floor. Then she came and ask what do I need to do. So unprofessional .

  Never answers the phone which is very frustrating. Bad service compared to Park Meadows

  Had an item to replace because there was a year warranty. Bag had a hole in the left corner which I understand is "heavy wear and tair" but women at cash register was very condescending at talking down to us. She confirmed with the other clerk and he rolled his eyes and had a rude tone. She said " I would be happy to educate you on a more dearble material$. Tone was snobby and rude.
