I’ve been a shopper at JCPenney for decades last fall we purchased several items and thought the quality was great and prices were reasonable. Now the quality has gone down and the prices are outrageous. I’ve gone twice recently since I received coupons in the mail I would say 98% of the items you couldn’t use a coupon on which wasn’t the way it used to be. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll even bother to go to JCPenney anymore unless it goes back to the way it was.
