    Needed some tennis shoes. So many brands. Can be confusing. Took some time to be able to find the best ones. Did find myself a couple pairs and cost was equal to one pair. Nice organized and clean looking store. Great place to find shoes you can’t seem to get somewhere else.

    I had such a great experience at DSW tonight! I accidentally ordered the wrong shoe size online (classic mistake), so I had to do an exchange when I went to pick them up and usually that can be kind of a hassle. But not this time! I came in about 10 minutes before closing(sorry!!), and Reba and Chase were both so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole process quick and stress-free, and never once made me feel rushed even though it was right before closing. Customer service like that really stands out. I truly appreciated their help and positive attitudes, thank you both for making what could’ve been a frustrating situation so easy!

    There was no one around when we arrived. Finally, a man directed us to slip on shoes size 11.5 mens. He then walked away. I was using my cane, my husband was using his walker. I was frustrated and disappointed no one could help. I almost fell over trying to help my husband try on shoes. It didn't work too well. No one came to help or see if we were doing ok. I pulled several shoes off the shelves so he could try them on. No success. We met a nice couple who were looking as well. They were in better shape than we were but, they too received no help. This DSW visit was disappointing and frustrating. I will not visit there again. I suggest one only go if you're able to help yourself because no one else will. Sad! No customer service...
