  I have been using Vision security for commerical fire monitoring since 2018 and would highly recommend to any busniess owner for new or existing alarm systems. Karl is extremely knowledgeable and always available to care of any issues that ever pop up. We lease a 50 year old building and Karl had our system designed to utilitize the existing alarm system, modernize it to make it more reliable and bring it up to code as well as add devices for our remodel and tie the system into our 3rd party access control system. Karl has a great relationship with all of the local fire marshalls and building inspectors and knew exactly what they would want to see for our inspections so there were never any surprises or added scope with it came time to get final inspections on our alarm systems. Vision also took care of our low voltage, data and tv wiring during our remodel which made the whole process very smooth and painless. The office staff always stays on top of our annual inspections and are helpful in scheduling around our busniess hours and operations. Highly recommend to any busniess or commericla property owner working on a new project or looking to switch existing monitoring accounts.
