- TDTara DevensSep 25, 20261.0Honestly, very upset. Was very excited to get a shirt with the iron on Vail gondola logo. The machine or something would not work. Tried two different shirts. Would not work either time. No apology from the employee either.
- EMEden MorrisJan 16, 20265.0Staff was amazing. Help me picked out my design and we’re very informative on what can and can’t be heat pressed!!!
- JMJen MalletteJan 1, 20261.0The time is 4:35 pm and the store closes at 5 pm. The store would not let my daughter and I in to buy our Lululemon products from Vail. Today is the only day we are in Vail, so we will not be coming back. My husband thanks you because he just saved a lot of money (both today and as a current customer who usually raves about the quality of your product). It is very sad that we buy Lulu all the time at the Galleria but we cannot buy it on vacation.
- JSJoe SmithDec 22, 20251.0Walked in and 2/3 of the employees were on their phones and didn’t acknowledge me while the other was busy with another customer
- ACAndy CalvertMar 27, 20245.0Just wanted to give a big shout out to Destiny! Best customer service experience I've ever received at a Lululemon. After 6 visits to the Pop up for a particular sweatshirt, she facilitated me ordering one to the store, and then shipped it to my house after personally pressing a Vail logo for me. Thank you!!! Lululemon, hire more people like Destiny! She rocks!
