I had a great experience working with Cheyenne at the Betteridge Rolex Boutique in Vail Village. She was extremely kind, patient, and welcoming throughout my visit. She took the time to let me try on several pieces and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable, even with my two little children in the store. What really stood out to me was how kind and accommodating she was to my kids. She gave my 3 and 5 year old books and offered them drinks while I shopped, which made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I also appreciated how informative and honest she was while taking down my interest in a couple of different models. Overall, Betteridge and Cheyenne made the experience feel professional, personal, and enjoyable. I really appreciate the time and care she put into helping me, and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Casey did it again! Thank you for keeping me posted and I’m so glad I was able to finally get something for my mom! You really are the best Casey! Prev review “Casey is absolutely amazing, very professional and kind. I remember I was very late for my appointment and not only he didn't exhibit a single ounce of frustration, but the team brought me fresh hot brewed tea, and especially Casey, he made me feel at ease and extremely welcomed. I wasn't expecting to get anything from the store since I understand Rolexes are very hard to come by, but on the first day he was able to secure this datejust timepiece for my aunt! Since she is expecting for a new born! What a great week for my family all thanks to Casey, you rock! (literally)"”

John was wonderful. I have been admiring a necklace for sometime and when I stopped in today, he was able to assist me with the acquisition. I appreciated his diligence and gracious assistance.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Patricia over several visits, and the experience has been exceptional. Patricia is incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly, she takes the time to listen and understand what you’re looking for without ever making you feel rushed or pressured. I’ve looked at several different brands and models with her over my visits, and she has always been patient, responsive, and genuinely enthusiastic about watches. After several visits, I ultimately decided to make a purchase with Patricia, and a big part of that decision was the relationship and experience I’d had working with her. I absolutely love the watch and feel very fortunate to own it. I look forward to wearing and enjoying it in good health for many years to come. The entire experience was exactly what buying a special watch should feel like. I highly recommend asking for Patricia if you’re visiting Betteridge Vail, and I look forward to working with her again in the future. Thank you again, Patricia!
