  Betteridge in Vail has become so much more than a jewelry store for my wife Nicole and me—it’s a place we genuinely look forward to visiting every time we’re in Colorado. We love flying into Vail, enjoying the mountains and sightseeing, but a stop at Betteridge is always a MUST. Their selection of Rolex watches and fine jewelry is incredible, but what truly separates them is how they treat you. You are treated like family. A very special shoutout to Lindsay. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. I recently picked up a Rolex from her, and she made the entire experience incredibly special for both Nicole and me. There’s never pressure or a transactional feeling—it’s about the relationship, the excitement of the piece, and making the entire experience memorable. Lindsay is my #1 jeweler, and she is the person we trust for everything. I trust her 1,000%. When you’re purchasing something as personal and meaningful as a Rolex or a special piece of jewelry, having someone you genuinely trust makes all the difference. The management and entire Betteridge team have always treated us exceptionally well. Beautiful watches and jewelry can be found in many places, but being treated like family is something you never forget.   My wife and I had an outstanding experience at Betteridge in Vail. From our first visit through delivery of my Rolex, Cheyenne was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, kept in touch throughout the process, and ultimately called with the exact watch I had hoped for. There was never any pressure—just excellent communication and exceptional service. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Betteridge for years to come. Highly recommend.

  I may never get this watch because of this review , but I feel like people should know what happened. Back in December, my wife and I stopped by the Vail boutique because she wanted to purchase a watch for me as a wedding anniversary gift. We met with Ara, who was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable about Rolex and its history. She registered my interest in the watch I wanted and explained that the wait could be a long one. I completely understood and was more than happy to wait because this was a meaningful gift. Over the following months, I sent a couple of emails just to check in never replied. I was never demanding or pushy just letting her know I was still excited and hoping everything was going well. Today I called the store and the conversation left me honestly feeling disrespected and discouraged. It felt like I was speaking to a completely different person. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but the tone was cold and dismissive. Instead of the kindness and encouragement I experienced during my visit I was essentially told there was no chance I would ever receive the watch I wanted and that I should just settle for something else. I wasn’t upset because the wait is long I accepted that from day one. What hurt was how differently I was treated. I went from leaving the boutique feeling excited and hopeful to hanging up the phone feeling like I didn’t matter as a customer. Maybe I’ll never receive the watch, and if that’s the reality, I can accept that. But I don’t think any customer should be made to feel dismissed or talked down to after patiently waiting and simply checking in. I truly hope anyone visiting this boutique has a better experience than I did.
