  OMG. This is an incredible store it is in the heart of vail located near many other shops. It is also close to a nice green area where you can play cornhole and occasionally live music. The second I walked in the store I was employees treated me.it made me feel heard and seen. I looked around for a while they I realized this clothing is extra LY cute and cofterable.my one problem is the price. I feel it is extremely expensive but everything is really nice quality. Even with its quality I think the price could be slightly lowered. In concl tion this was a very well experience.

  The associate that helped was so nice and attentive. Lovedddd my experience here. Mostly I loved that she was able to help my mommy that doesn’t speak really good English. 100/100

  Alo is just love at first sight! The atmosphere and selection are incredible, and the service is on such a high level that you just want to spend all the money in the world here! 🙈💸 Special thanks to the manager, James. His professionalism is truly impressive. He is absolutely amazing! James is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming. His helpful and polite attitude is the epitome of top-tier customer service. I will definitely be back again and again! Highly recommend to everyone!

  Avoid. Very rude and unprofessional staff that doesn't seem to have been trained in manners or product knowledge what so ever. There are much better options in the village. Don't waste your time here

  I had such an amazing experience with the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment we walked in. However, Alondra truly stood out the most. She went above and beyond to make sure we left completely satisfied and taken care of. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail made such a difference in our experience. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service, and Alondra exceeded all expectations. She is an absolute asset to the team and deserves so much recognition for the outstanding work she does. Thank you, Alondra, for making our visit such a positive and memorable experience
