  The associate that helped was so nice and attentive. Lovedddd my experience here. Mostly I loved that she was able to help my mommy that doesn’t speak really good English. 100/100

  Alo is just love at first sight! The atmosphere and selection are incredible, and the service is on such a high level that you just want to spend all the money in the world here! 🙈💸 Special thanks to the manager, James. His professionalism is truly impressive. He is absolutely amazing! James is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming. His helpful and polite attitude is the epitome of top-tier customer service. I will definitely be back again and again! Highly recommend to everyone!

  Avoid. Very rude and unprofessional staff that doesn't seem to have been trained in manners or product knowledge what so ever. There are much better options in the village. Don't waste your time here

  I had such an amazing experience with the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment we walked in. However, Alondra truly stood out the most. She went above and beyond to make sure we left completely satisfied and taken care of. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail made such a difference in our experience. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service, and Alondra exceeded all expectations. She is an absolute asset to the team and deserves so much recognition for the outstanding work she does. Thank you, Alondra, for making our visit such a positive and memorable experience

  I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had at Alo. I came in ready to purchase a pair of shoes and let the employee know I needed a size 5. She told me she would check the back for them, then came out and said another employee would grab them instead. I waited for nearly 15 minutes with no update, no communication, and no assistance. While I was still waiting, another customer walked in after me and requested the exact same shoe in the same size and color. The very same employee who had initially “helped” me immediately grabbed the shoes for her, brought them out right away, and even offered for her to wear them out of the store. At that point, another employee approached me asking if I still needed help, and I told her no — because it was very clear I had already been overlooked and deprioritized. As a Hispanic woman and an SVP who leads operations professionally, I pay close attention to customer experience, employee behavior, and how businesses make people feel. This experience made me feel invisible, unwelcome, and singled out in a highly white-populated city. What made it even more disappointing was that the employee herself was also a minority, yet the treatment I received felt undeniably biased. No customer should walk into a store ready to spend money and leave feeling dismissed and lesser than someone else standing right beside them. Whether intentional or not, the experience reflected poorly on Alo’s culture and training. I will never shop at Alo again.
