  The manager on duty (who refused to provide her name when I asked) were dismissive, rude, and unwilling to show even basic courtesy throughout the interaction. What should have been a straightforward customer service experience became unnecessarily uncomfortable because of their attitude. On the other hand, the two sales associates I worked with were polite, professional, and easy to work with. They did their best despite the situation, and I appreciated their kindness. I've worked in customer service for many years, and I understand that difficult days happen. But refusing to identify yourself as the manager and treating customers with hostility is simply not acceptable. I hope Sunglass Hut addresses this, because the behavior of the manager overshadowed what could have been a positive experience.

  Horrible store, please do not go here. They will send the same exact AI response to everyone. The manager “Wendy” I believe doesn’t know how to manage and should be fired!

  Also, may I say again, the customer service here is absolutely abysmal. Expect to call 5 to 11 times before anyone even bothers to answer the phone. This store completely fails to live up to the "Perfect Pair Promise" printed on their receipts. Spending over $715 on a premium product should come with premium service, but instead, I received zero cooperation. I’ve had $100 pairs of glasses with much better quality and care than what this low-rated location provides, which is more than fitting of its rating.

  I am highly disappointed with both the quality of my new prescription Meta glasses and the customer service I received. A few days after picking them up, I discovered the right lens is loose and wiggles around, while the left lens is perfectly fine. When I called the store, the manager refused to help and claimed a loose lens is "normal." This is entirely unacceptable for a brand-new pair of prescription glasses, and I expect the store to honor a repair or replacement for this defect.

  This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had, and the fact that the person treating me this way was the manager makes it even worse. The manager refused to provide information about my own account and repeatedly hid behind “store policy” instead of offering any meaningful assistance. I was also told I could not try on sunglasses because it was supposedly against store policy, which was never clearly explained. What made the experience especially upsetting was the way my eastern mother was treated. The manager’s behavior toward her came across as disrespectful and discriminatory, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The situation escalated when I asked the manager if we had a problem. She looked me up and down and replied, “Your face is the problem.” I was stunned that a manager would speak to a customer in such a rude, insulting, and unprofessional manner. When I asked for her name so I could file a complaint, she refused to provide it and claimed it was “against store policy.” Refusing to identify herself after making a comment like that only made the situation worse and showed a complete lack of accountability. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a manager. Between the refusal to help with my account, the insulting comments, the treatment of my mother, and the refusal to provide her name, this was an unacceptable experience from start to finish. I would strongly encourage ownership or corporate management to review how customers are being treated at this location.
