  Honestly, this was such a weird experience lol. We walked in just looking at sunglasses and the employee (Wendy) already seemed annoyed with us. I get that they have to clean the sunglasses after people try them on, but we literally only tried on like 4 pairs. She never asked if we needed help or anything, she just kept staring at us like we were doing something wrong… I ended up buying 2 pairs, but right before paying I noticed what looked like scratches, so I asked about it. She had such an attitude and was like, “Why would you buy them online then?” Then she grabbed the glasses and said, “We don’t sell scratched sunglasses.” Like okay?? I tried laughing it off because the whole interaction was just awkward, but the attitude was really unnecessary.On top of that, she didn’t even apply the discount at first. I still bought the sunglasses, but honestly the customer service was just not it. I understand everyone has bad days, but there’s a difference between being busy and making customers feel like they’re bothering you just by being in the store.

  Went in on Sunday and brought a pair of their Prada glasses. The glasses came with NO CASE and Sana, who check us out was being VERY difficult. She obviously didn’t know what on earth was going on and made the whole checkout process harder than it should have been, she was just standing there, barley wiping down the glasses and just stuck them in a small little baggie. Then proceeded to not click the right button to take a debit card.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Sunglass Hut. I went to the store to return an item that I had purchased just few days earlier, and the employee I dealt with was extremely difficult to work with. I felt that I was being treated unfairly simply because I was trying to make a return. I understand that Sunglass Hut has policies regarding returns and that returns can impact the business. However, customers should still be treated fairly, respectfully, and professionally when they are trying to follow the company’s return policy. When I attempted to get assistance from the manager(Wendy) over the phone, the manager refused to help address my concerns and ultimately had us leave the store. I found the way the situation was handled extremely disrespectful and disappointing. My issue was not simply about whether the return could be processed. It was about how I was treated throughout the process and the lack of willingness to listen to or assist me as a customer. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of respect and fairness. Regardless of whether a customer is making a purchase or requesting a return, good customer service should remain a priority. I felt like I was treated as if I was dealing or taking something from the store when I was there to do simple return and buy another three pair. I went into another sunglasses located inside Macys, the representative was very sweet. He did mention that there are a lot of complaints against Wendy. She is not willing to help any customers when it comes to return and they have a rude attitude towards every customer. The representative that was assisting me on the absence of he was very rude as well. She refused to give her name and she refuse to help. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this Sunglass Hut location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews how this situation was handled so future customers do not have a similar experience.

  The manager on duty (who refused to provide her name when I asked) were dismissive, rude, and unwilling to show even basic courtesy throughout the interaction. What should have been a straightforward customer service experience became unnecessarily uncomfortable because of their attitude. On the other hand, the two sales associates I worked with were polite, professional, and easy to work with. They did their best despite the situation, and I appreciated their kindness. I've worked in customer service for many years, and I understand that difficult days happen. But refusing to identify yourself as the manager and treating customers with hostility is simply not acceptable. I hope Sunglass Hut addresses this, because the behavior of the manager overshadowed what could have been a positive experience.
