- NGNerdy GamerguyAug 7, 20261.0Sensed the snooty verbal hostility the moment I walked in through the door. Asked a few simple questions and only received uptight wannabe' rich girl attitude. "So are you going to buy something or just stand there taking up space? If not then you can leave now before I call security." Like seriously? Other so called rich brand stores aren't as anal as this lady. She's developed a notorious reputation based on previous reviews on her. Won't be coming back here anytime soon. She seriously needs to be educated on proper customer service. I've seen people selling European made cars treat others with more respect.

The Manager also is amazing and treats everyone great! All around the I would give the store 10 stars if I could! Thanks again!

Maranza was very sweet she adjusted and explained how a crossbody should be worn I spent over an hour just chatting with the ladies I purchased 3 items and will be returning with my family 5 stars hard to find good service

Which I was I needed to get my wife a tote bag they offered to order it as it was not that there store. They showed me the different sizes and even how much can fit in each. I ordered the tote the girls recommended pink and my wife was so happy! Thank you
