  Absolutely terrible experience. Walked in and not a single employee seemed interested in helping customers. Staff were standing around talking while people waited for assistance. When I finally asked for help, I got short answers and attitude like I was bothering them. The store was disorganized, customer service was nonexistent, and the whole place felt unprofessional. Definitely won’t be coming back.

  I'm not sure why there are bad reviews on this store. When I went in the store the staff greeted me and checked up on me frequently. The staff seemed happy to help and even offered to special order an item for me. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for Calvin Klein fits, there is always a great deal to be given.

  I struggled to get an online purchase retuned to this store. The item went on sale in the store but was listed full price online. The store manager said that she doesn’t accept returns to items that are on sale in her store regardless of their status online as this will make her lose money. I don’t think you can make up your own rules; you have to follow corporate policy. I will be submitting an official complaint reporting this rude unprofessional store manger.
