- GBGigi BerghJan 23, 20225.0i love american eagle and this location! despite the fact that they don't usually have my pant size in store, the employees are always willing to help. they are always friendly and nice to be around, which is really nice in comparison to the aerie outlet a few stores down.
- LJLUO JNov 27, 20181.0The store staffs are impolite and very unprofessional, they don't greet the customers when they come in, and without saying thank you when I check-out, buying almost $90 of clothes. The staffs don't smile at all! When I asked for assistance asking for price, they don't know anything at all, I have to stop a staff walk pass by me to ask them something but she looks unpleasant, even the store is pretty much empty! I mean ladies, please do you job and ask customers if they need help, it is the most common thing to greet people when they come in! And please put some smiles on, customers will buy stuffs when they are having a nice comfortable shopping experience.
