My daughter bought a jacket in Steamboat springs and we noticed it was pilling and the threads at the sleeve were beginning to unravel. Our store in MI would not exchange it (calling it wear and tear) after 5 wears. Finally found someone who would exchange it out but made us pay the difference. For the same coat but different color. Because you no longer had the cream. Is that my fault? Then we had to exchange that one after she wore it once and I washed it on delicate, layed flat to dry but the stitching began to unravel in 2 places already. We exchanged in steamboat on spring break, for a different one and they had 3 on the rack with the stitches unraveling. And I had to pay again for a the difference in price/taxes. NOT cool. I should not have had to pay the difference due to defects/quality control; period. No matter what the color. Your one year warranty is great, but when you make customers pay the difference when exchanging due to defects; that’s messed up. Will I purchase or recommend LuLu to our friends. Probably not. Especially with this type of business moto. Not a happy person. And I have previously purchased MANY items from your stores for my twins.
