Pulled up to get propane. The girl who's wearing a head covering tells us as she finishes filling someone else's tank shes not filling anymore tonight. It was 5:55 she said no more fills at 6. Last I knew because we shop this store alot was no more propane after 630. It costs us double to switch tanks rather than just fill it up. Its really shitty and poor customer service on her part. Also I called to speak to a manger, the assistant manager was in but after waiting 5 minutes on hold, I hung up.
High-quality merchandise, reasonable prices, clean and orderly (the nearby Lowe’s is a mess). Particularly appreciate Robbie, who took a lot of time with me to figure out the right power tools for clearing brush.

Disappointing visit. Lots of employees just hiding so they didn't have to interact. They have such a great selecting of owns but no one wants to help the customer

Very disappointed with my experience. I came in to pick up a rifle after my background check had already been approved. While shopping, I briefly FaceTimed my partner to get advice on binoculars since I’m a first-time hunter. The employee questioned me aggressively and then accused me of purchasing the firearm for a felon, refusing to complete the sale. The only reason given was that I was talking to my partner on the phone. I felt unfairly judged, humiliated, and treated with suspicion despite following all legal requirements and answering every question honestly. I will not be returning.

I bought chicken feed that was rancid from this store and in order to get a refund they want me to drive over 60 miles one way to bring rotten food back to the store. We provided pictures via email and called 3 different “managers” that were supposed to get back to us and never got a follow up call. How hard is it to refund money in today’s day?! Apparently it’s hard for Murdochs, buyer beware.
