  Went here to grab a OTC archery tag. Of which they are unlimited. The kid behind the desk told me they don’t have any left. Obviously being unlimited they do and when I told him so. He through my ID back at me and got mad.

  This store was great! I found myself in Denver with an unexpected opportunity to fish, but I didn’t bring any of my gear with me on the plane. Mike was awesome- not only did he have years of local fishing knowledge and experience, he was also able to recommend what the fish were hitting recently so I could make the most of the short time I had. Mike, if I’m back in the area, I owe you a beer!

  This is not a review of the physical location mentioned this is regarding an online order. I attempted to spend 400$ with this company several times and their online order services rejected all of my payment methods for no reason. When I reached out to their customer service reps they stated they would start a case for me however I never heard back from them either. Extremely disappointed, ruined my anniversary gift to my wife. Will not be ordering from them again.

  I believe Sportsman's Warehouse infringed on my rights as a lawful firearm purchaser by refusing to follow Colorado law regarding firearm transfers. I purchased a firearm online before Colorado's law changed and had it shipped to my local store. The firearm arrived, and I completed my background check four days before the deadline. Colorado law requires a three-day waiting period, and once that period had passed and my background check was approved, I returned to pick up my firearm. Unfortunately, the store refused to release it, stating that Sportsman's Warehouse has an internal policy requiring a four-day waiting period. While businesses are free to establish policies, I believe a company operating in Colorado should follow the laws of the state rather than impose additional restrictions that prevent law-abiding citizens from exercising their constitutional rights. Because the store would not release the firearm before the law changed, I was forced to accept a refund instead. I asked to speak with management and requested that they contact corporate to see if an exception could be made given the circumstances, but they were unwilling to help or offer any solution. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I followed all legal requirements, passed my background check, and still could not take possession of property I had lawfully purchased. I expected better customer service and a greater willingness to work with customers facing a time-sensitive situation created by a change in state law. Rating: 1/5 Stars Would not recommend purchasing a firearm through Sportsman's Warehouse if timing is important, as company policies may override state law requirements and leave customers without any reasonable resolution.

  If you're looking for expert and friendly advice, someone knowledgeable in all facets of fishing from rods to reels as well as bait and tackle, this is the place to come and shop. Sales associate Mike was extremely helpful in selecting all our needs as we recently moved to Colorado from Hawaii. This store has an overwhelming selection of equipment and good prices for setting up our rigs for Colorado. Additionally, Mike was super knowledgable about where to start our fishing journey (gave us recommendations for this time of year) and is quite familiar with local fishing conditions. Overall, great experience at Sportsman's Warehouse - we'll be back to shop and show Mike pictures of our catch.
