  My husband and I own Travsessed Adventures, where we plan and host small-group adventure trips for healthcare workers across the U.S. This was our first-ever U.S.-based group trip and our first time working with OARS — and we could not have asked for a better experience! We did the 3-day Westwater Canyon trip, and our guides — G, Molly, Tony, and David — were absolutely amazing. They were fun, knowledgeable, helpful, and made our entire group feel comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. We learned so much, laughed a ton, and genuinely had the best time. And the FOOD!! We are a foodie group, so the meals were really important to us, and they completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was SO good — it honestly felt pretty incredible to be eating that well while camping along the river! The entire experience was so much fun and such a special way to bring our group together. We couldn't have asked for a better first rafting trip with Travsessed. Thank you to the entire OARS team and especially G, Molly, Tony, and David for making it such an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to bring another group back for another rafting adventure next year! 🚣‍♀️🏕️❤️

  I tried calling the store three times yesterday to ask if they stocked 12 gauge birdshot. The first time, after waiting on hold for several minutes, I heard someone pick up and immediately hang up. The second time, someone answered, I asked about the bird shot, heard some rustling, and they hung up. The third time was the same as the first, they picked up and immediately hung up after several minutes on hold. Not going to drive 30 minutes out of my way to shop somewhere that won’t answer the phone. Ended up calling Walmart and going there instead.

  No stars! The gun counter people are all together @ the south end of the counter and after an employee walked by and said someone would be with me in just a minute to purchase ammo..i ended up waiting 10 minutes and left. Ammo prices to high anyway. No price break on micro box of ammo as opposed to buying a 50rd box with a tray inside. Phooey. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! No wonder the store is empty.

  Doug behind the firearm counter was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk with. Doug has switched a lifelong Cabela’s customer to here because of him. Sportsman’s, give him a raise!

  This store has really gone downhill. Fishing department totally unorganized. Asked for help, the dude didnt know what a dropshot was or if they caried Rawlins jigs
