  Big shout out to Riley for helping us with the fishing rod we were looking for. Wasn’t able to get the exact one but Riley made sure we walked out with something comparable. Thank you!!

  I don’t know what the new ammo laws are or if they change, but the ammo is now behind the counter, which is fine, but you have two employees selling firearms to customers seven people looking to Maybe purchase a firearm. I don’t mind waiting My turn but I’m not gonna wait 3 hours to purchase 22 LR ammo. I asked one of the two salesman can I just grab the 22 ammo and bring it up upfront and he said no !!! you have to wait. Why wouldn’t you have a An employee just to ring up ammunition red dot scopes whatever is behind the counter that’s not a Firearm most people know what they want. Again they’re not gonna wait several hours because the guy in front of you is not sure if he wants to purchase the gun or not. If he does, your employee is tied up doing background checks and everything else meanwhile, you have people standing around that wanna purchase and get on with their day . I try to support my local businesses but it’s getting harder and harder and you are losing customers like me I’ll just order stuff online

  I purchased a rifle online through their website, at the time it said that they had multiple in stock and available. However after placing my order, they emailed me saying that it is actually out of stock. After waiting on the phone for over a half hour to speak to someone about it they said they would call me back. Never called me back. 5 days later I called again asking about it and they told me they still haven't found one at their other stores, yet on their website it says available at multiple stores. This has been a terrible experience for me, and I would suggest going literally anywhere else because they clearly don't update their websites or stock. Save yourself the hassle and Do Not Shop Here!! I will never purchase anything from here again and I will make sure to let everyone I know to do the same.

  Nothing in stock, even the items that the website says are in stock are not. why have a store or employees when all they do is tell you to go online or order it on Amazon.

  No one at this particular location was willing to acknowledge that I was standing in front of the gun counter waiting to talk to someone, just kept walking by avoiding eye contact. Good selection of product but terrible customer service. I went across the street to Murdochs, the employees at murdochs are way better. Worst sportsmans ever two stars because the selection is nice
