  Online says open until 6. Walk up to the door and they were locking it at 5:49 and said they closed at 5.

  I placed my order at 1150 am. I paid extra for the one hour delivery. I got zero communication from the store after 3 hours. I finally called them for help- they did not care at all. They said it was a third party’s fault and it was not their problem. I called back again to try and track my order- they said they had to redeliver the order because they lost it. Zero help. Zero responsibility. I will never use this specific store again. Horrible customer service. Never got the arrangement I paid for.

  I ordered two fresh fruit boards . The picture on the website shows that they come on a board whether it is plastic or wood it is a lot better looking then what was actually delivered! Also looks like it is missing some of the fruit that should have been on there . This product was $96 which I knew they were pricey. My family that I sent these to in Denver said that the fruit was delicious so I am happy about that. But very disappointed in the presentation for the price that I paid. The other board was $119 and at least it looks a little more some what presentable . These were both delivered to the same house and I did not realize till just now when I was getting the pictures that I paid a delivery fee of 9.99 for each one. I do want to add a positive note. I called a couple times today to ask questions and the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant with me and answered all my questions.

  I am so disappointed in this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed my order for delivery on my daughter's birthday. The day of, I called the store to make sure they had my order and everything was good to go. They told me it was being prepared for delivery in the next hour. I waited at home all afternoon and NOTHING. By the time I called the store, they were closed and so was their corporate office. I had to run to the store at 8 pm to get my daughter a birthday cake on her birthday. They never delivered my order. I finally got a hold of someone at the corporate number, he just said he will submit a ticket to get me a refund. No apologies. I will never order from Edible Arrangements... their customer service is HORRIBLE.
