  Everytime I come here the associates are nice and helpful. I've had to make a few online returns and receive prompt service everytime. I can't remember her name unfortunately, but one employee gave me advice on polishing leather, leather care as well as the difference between the products they offered. Taylor was very kind and gave me suggestions for other shoes I may like and showed me where they are in the store.

  I bought 2 pairs of shoes and asked what the return policy was, I was told 60 days. I returned them a week later and was told I couldn’t since they were “dirty.” I was not told that the shoes had to be new to be returned. The shoes were not dirty, they had some dog hair on them that could easily be brushed away and the associate Sandy was incredibly frank and rude about it. I would not recommend shopping here as the prices are high and the guest experience is awful. The return policy should have been stated more clearly and the associates should not be so rude.

  Not thrilled about coming here. MINDY and AMANDA are terrible associates. They do not greet customers, they do not help with sizing or questions. All they do is sit at the front of the store and gossip. I've been here on multiple occasions where that's all they do. MINDY and AMANDA - please try harder or go find a job where you don't have to interact with people and can just gossip all day. The job is better off going to someone who needs it in this economy and will be proud to fill the roles and responsibilities.

  My daughter had a pair of vans for one month. The inside cloth at the bottom of the shoe fell off making it hard to get her foot in and out. Returned to dsw with no problems even found new shoes for replacement. Great customer service.

  If you are looking for shoes look anywhere else but here. The employees are reluctant to help and when you do ask them anything they are very rude. I have only been in this store twice and after my latest experience I will not be coming back. An employee named Sandy was extremely rude when I tried to ask how much a pair of boots were. I told another employee about what Sandy had done and she brushed it off like nothing happened.
