- OOozitheexplorerSep 14, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Sunglass Hut on the second floor of Park Meadows. I brought in my Dolce & Gabbana glasses for a simple loose screw. Emma removed the original screw and replaced it with one that was clearly too thick. The new screw did not sit properly in the frame and was left visibly sticking out on the left side. This is also clearly visible in the photos. I specifically pointed out during the repair that the screw looked too thick, but my concern was dismissed and I was told that the repair was being done correctly. I walked into the store with a minor loose screw issue and walked out with my expensive designer glasses in worse condition than before. I expected much more care and professionalism from Sunglass Hut. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone with expensive or collectible eyewear to think twice before having repairs done at this location.

She even let me know that I can get lenses replaced for sunglasses I previously bought from sunglass hut and that I can go to any sunglass hut to refill the cleaner for the kit I purchased. She made my sunglass and kit purchase today wonderful and I will be back to get her help again. Thank you!

I needed to quickly get my sunglasses fixed before a big trip and he was able to take them apart and see what the issue was and walked me through my options and delicately fix them for me and cleaned my glasses. I’m so grateful he was able and willing to help me and provided such amazing customer service! Will definitely be back again!
