$35 for a used pair of sweatpants?? Crazy. Also the girl barely went through the bin I brought to sell and just threw the clothes back in without folding them.

I understand resale stores need to make a profit, but offering $40 for all of these clean, trendy, excellent-condition items—including a Dandy sweatshirt that retails for around $90—was unbelievable. They even put someone’s name on the Dandy sweatshirt to claim it while offering me next to nothing for everything. I declined and will be taking my clothes somewhere that values them more fairly.

These changing rooms need to be better, especially because it is a clothing store. I have never had an issue with fitting rooms at any place I’ve shopped at except this one. A staff member did not bother to knock the door before opening my door and completely exposed me without any apology. It should be a standard to knock before opening any type of fitting room. My experience would have been better if I had gotten a proper apology, but I was completely disrespected after that incident. I hope the staff improves in the future because I do not feel comfortable at this location any longer.

Takes clothes without paying and hopes you don’t notice 😕
I took in 80 items and received 60 items back. They only purchased 14 items which means 6 items were taken without paying. I’m sure they do this often and think no one is counting or notices. 6 items is a lot if they only purchased 14 from me. Won’t be going back as many reviewers mention the manager.
