- KSKristin ScottSep 13, 20265.0Always find good deals and cute items! My go to after Nordstrom!
- AJAlton JarmanSep 13, 20263.0Visited this location on 9/11/2026. It’s my “go to” because of the friendly staff and excellent selection. The fitting room attendant was incredibly off putting; that’s saying it kindly. No one loves trying on clothes; at least have a friendly employee working in there! She was rude to both me and my mom.
- MNMelissa NyeSep 11, 20261.0I took my teenage daughter here to shop for a homecoming dress. She used the fitting rooms at the back of the store, which we saw other women go into as well, not realizing it was the men's fitting rooms. After I'd helped my daughter try on several dresses, a female dressing room attendant came in and scolded us for being in the men's fitting room like we were little kids messing around. My daughter was absolutely mortified. The cashier who rang us up was unfriendly as well. There was no one else in line and she and two other cashiers were just standing there not even acknowledging us at first. We'll never go back to this store.
- TGTsegay GebreyesusAug 31, 20261.0The customer service is very poor and disrespectful. Most employees at the stores have no common sense for customer service.
- MVMacarena VidalAug 28, 20263.0My husband and I went shopping here this week. It was my second time at the store and I actually really like it. We found quite a few things worth buying and the staff around the fitting rooms were very nice and helpful. Everything was great until we went to pay. The cashier who helped us seemed to be in a really bad mood and was quite unpleasant. It was such an uncomfortable interaction. We both felt like we were bothering her or like she had some kind of problem with us. When we walked out, my husband and I literally looked at each other and said, “What was that? Is she having a terrible day or did she just hate us for some reason?” It’s a shame because we had really enjoyed shopping there until that point. I’d like to think she was just having a bad day.
