  I was shopping for a gift for mom. Maysoon in the fragrance department for creed wonderful!! Patient and pleasant with customer service. Will be returning for future occasions. Five star service all around. 😊

  Soheil at the fragrance department is the men, purchased several perfumes with him and he always makes it the best experience you could ever get! Totally recommend to go with him. 😎

  Una tienda bien surtida todo ordenado, precios quizas un poco altos, pero por la calidad de sus articulos creo que vale la pena visitarla. Me siento comodo cada vez que voy a Nordstrom.

  I went to the makeup counter today with my sister. We walked over to Charlotte Tilbury and swatched some products. We sat there for not exaggerating from 1:45-2:15 with no help while four associate were at the counter talking with each other and making nasty faces to us. Finally someone came over and asked if we needed help. I asked for three products a lipgloss, a lipstick, and a lip tint. The first lipstick I wanted was discontinued. It took around 15 minutes to find the three products I wanted. When we got over to pay a woman came over to the Charlotte Tilbury counter and was helped immediately. Lastly I had a gift card and asked the woman to use what was left on the gift card then the cash I gave her. She put the cash in then used the remaining on the gift card. Overall was not happy with my experience here.

  We did some shopping today to update my husband's wardrobe for work. We made an appointment for men's styling as we aren't fans of shopping and wanted to have an efficient experience - the appt is an hour. It was GREAT! Earlier in the day, our Nordstrom associate, Evan W., texted us to confirm the time, what we wanted to accomplish, and where to meet him when we arrived. When we got there, we met Evan who had already started looking and putting together some things for my husband to try. We looked around together and found some more options. Again, it was GREAT! We purchased a couple pairs of pants, some nice shirts, a sports coat, shoes, and a belt. And we were completely done and checked out inside that hour! Evan is fantastic and super helpful! The selections at the store were good (would love to see less skinny pants and more relaxed regular fit business casual pants in 36x34. 34L is not easy to find.) and the service of scheduling an appt was such a convenience. Thanks for a great experience!
