- CCCassie Culver1 day ago1.0I’ve been a loyal Lululemon customer for about 20 years now. I bought $600 worth of running gear seven days ago. I tried to return two of the shorts (7 days after purchase) that didn’t fit correctly and did not have the tags. I provided a receipt and the bag. Brand new condition. They would not return my items or even offer a store credit. The man would not even speak to a manager. Extremely disappointed with this location and won’t be shopping here in the future. I will go cherry creek, my local Corepower yoga or online to buy the products. Vuori, Athleta, Alo have WAY better return policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
