  Size is not consistent with my size. (Waist) BUT MY PROBLEM IS WITH THEIR RETURN POLICY. Considering they are a mail order company for clothing seems inappropriate that the buyer has to pay for postage to return!!There are too many companies with quality clothing that you can return without paying for the postage so I don't recommend this company.

  Go to Llbean and ask for Margaret! She needs to teach a class on customer service! She was so pleasant, fun, knowledgeable and helpful! We had a blast at that store and everyone we encountered that day, in every department was fantastic!

  If LL Bean is out of stock on an online order they will not tell you before you order the item, nor will they provide any order status updates until you reach out to them. After 7 days of receiving no order status updates at all, I reached out to them via email and they finally got back to me and cancelled my order because the items were out of stock. Not good business in today's market. I bet they wonder why people choose Amazon........
