I felt very uncomfortable shopping at this store. The employee was not friendly, and the first thing they said to me after we walked in was to correct my son, who had briefly touched some bracelets with his fingers while looking at the jewelry. I understand that jewelry is delicate and that employees may need customers to handle items carefully, but the way it was addressed felt unnecessarily unfriendly. My son was simply excited and trying to find a birthday present for his aunt. A little kindness and patience would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the interaction made us feel unwelcome, and it really took away from what should have been a positive shopping experience.

Such great customer service! Was helped by Caitlyn (hope I’m spelling her name right) to pick out some different jewelers she was so sweet and attentive. They’re also always great when you have an issue with a piece of jewelry, they do exchanges so easily and I really appreciate it.

Went in for an issue with my necklace. The girls worked so hard to try and fix it for me once we realized my necklace was no longer available to be replaced. They were even searching resale sites to see if it was available, as I love this necklace so much. Super sweet ladies. I appreciate all the effort.
