  Had quite a poor experience on Monday, August 10 26. My friend and I went into the gun showroom to ask a question about Colorado’s new semi automatic laws. My friend was interested in a rifle and when he asked about them, the two employees that were there acted like we just interrupted them in something important and said “ oh, you didn’t Google the list?” and then pointed us to a QR code, which didn’t answer any of our questions. We left actually pretty upset and my friend was very upset about the whole interaction. I have never experienced such poor customer service before we didn’t know that there was a list. We just wanted to get basic information and to practically be turned away because we interrupted whatever they were talking about. It seemed a little rude and quite upsetting.

  Wyatt, Ski and Rich -my long lost cousin from Queens, lol, they were all very helpful, friendly and easy going. Thank you gentlemen for making my visit smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy...!

  we always love going in for fishing stuff, and the clothes are great. today we went in to look at some guns and Wayne was the most helpful and knowledgeable man we could've talked to. he was amazing. thank you.

  My experience with their firearm department is awful. Purchased a gun in person asked them to ship it to a location closer to where I live as to not take such a far drive (gun was a spur of the moment purchase as they had a good price). Then 4 days later proceed to go to other ffl and they haven't received it, tried to call to see where gun was told to call back tomorrow, 5th day no word call them to see when it's supposed to arrive at other FFL and no one there will answer phones, several call later they say have no one here to look it up call back later after another day (now 6 days post purchase) call 3 times to get a full mailbox that just hangs up. Then finally ask to speak to manager and gets me a tracking number and come to find out shipping label was just created and my gun still at their store not even picked up for the transfer. In short, Took 6 days and atleast 20 phone calls for it to now show up late. They Don't even have the decency to offer to overnight it so it'd be here at a reasonable time frame. Absolutely huge disappointment. I understand it's a busy time, but it was just forgotten or overlooked for 6 days.

  Excellent customer service. Good value. Helpful staff. While firearms counter personnel might not always be as knowledgeable individually as some at local gun ships, it cannot be overstated how they are helpful and will do their best to assist. Grear selection and exceptional used firearm options. Fun merchandise, good selection of knives and clothing, and staff willing to help or find answers all over the store. Occasionally they'll have 10% off Tuesdays for Cabelas Club members. I'd have to say the card and promotions are solid. Easy to recommend, good people and a good store.
