  Came in to have my red dot I ordered online torqued to spec and bore sighted but was met with a passive aggressive manager that told me “thats not happening brother” when I said I just wanted the sight put on. Then, tried to ask if I was a club owner and stated he wouldn’t do it because I wasn’t and wouldn’t apply for a Cabela’s credit card.

  Ordered stuff online. Got the email saying its ready for pick up. Go to store. Email says go to customer service at front of store, so I did. Waited for about 10. She said go to back of store. Walked there to a kid who wasn't "logged in yet" at 9:15. The barcode on the email didn't work. First and last time there.

  This is regarding JO LYNN in customer service. I recently visited Cabela’s to make an exchange and had a disappointing experience with Jo Lynn at the service counter. From the beginning, there seemed to be hesitation to assist us. I repeat, Jo Lynn was very hesitant to assist us, why? Maybe because we’re Mexican? there was also confusion about the product not having a visible tag, I told her that the item did have a tag, which was a bit frustrating since Cabela’s branded clothing typically has tags in consistent locations: the jeans have the tag on the back pocket. When asked for the payment method, my partner explained that the purchase was made using Apple Pay, she appeared confused and had a delayed response, which made the interaction feel dismissive. The tone used felt unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, the experience made a simple exchange more difficult than it needed to be. I hope the store can improve consistency in customer service to ensure all customers are treated with patience and respect during transactions. (there was another gentleman working the same shift I’m sad I didn’t get his name but he was a blessing sent from heaven, very sweet and kind, made me forget all about Jo Lynn)

  Unfortunately rude service from the pick up counter. Instead of kindly explaining that the one very small item I ordered several hours ago was not ready for pick up. The gentleman at the desk decided to have an unpleasant attitude and throw his pen around. I will not be back to pick up the order once it is ready.
