    I will revise this once resolved; I bought a fire arm on Wednesday. That part was fine- salesman was great an attentive. He told me I’d be able to pickup today (Sunday) for the waiting period. I go to call the gun counter to ask if it’s ready to be picked up- the guy picks up and asks how he can help. I give him my name and what I bought and he interjected quickly rudely saying “I can’t do anything with that I need the order confirmation number.” I try explaining I never got an email or confirmation number and said I have the serial number- the receipt number literally everything asking if he can find out for me. He hung up on me. Straight up just hung up on me with no attempt to call back. I call again and someone on the front end counter was very kind and attentive and let me leave a message to the fire arm counter. Buying the firearm was fine and they were all attentive at the time- but in the phone I was treated like I was completely stupid and they hung up on me.

    Great store with great variety! The salesman/woman that sells the scam vacations being so pushy and annoying to deal with takes the experience down 2 stars. But the amount of wildlife taxidermy and fish tanks is awesome. Good store. Just wish the scam salesman wasn't so dang pushy.

    Saved my trip! I realized I’d forgotten something important and was so relieved by how easy this store was to navigate. Everything was tidy and easy to find. It’s great to visit a place where the staff clearly takes such pride in their work.

    I did an exchange for a broken optic that cost $400.00 and was shocked at how the rep, Kristie in returns, handled the situation. She was dry, condescending, and accused to me of not returning all components in the box. She then called over her manager to indicate I was missing items - and I insisted I didn’t. After pulling the new exchange out of the box and comparing, I was proven correct and she proceeded with the exchange begrudgingly. My girlfriend and I were shocked at her rudeness, unfriendliness, and our overall experience with her for something we were victims of. I was going to buy the Benelli M4 EXT today as well but after seeing how Kristie was treating us - no way. I just wanted the broken optic exchanged and wanted to get out of there as quick as possible. I hope to never speak with Kristie in returns again.

    I don’t usually leave reviews—but this one earned it. What should’ve been a simple return turned into a drawn-out, uncomfortable back-and-forth that honestly felt like they were looking for any reason not to honor it. I misplaced my receipt at first, tracked it down through customer service, and came back with everything: correct item, valid receipt, no issues on my end. That’s when it got weird. I was immediately told they weren’t going to process the return. After pushing back, a manager approved it—but the employee still fought it every step of the way. First it was the SKU (which matched), then the return window (which I was within), and finally a technicality with a temporary card number that made the return “impossible.” At that point, it didn’t feel like policy—it felt personal. What stood out most wasn’t the inconvenience—it was the effort put into not helping, despite having everything required to complete the return. If this is how straightforward situations are handled, I’d think twice before making a purchase here.
