  I visited to buy shoes for my father and nephew. The staff member Sydney greeted me brightly and kindly and wholeheartedly helped with my questions and services every time. Thanks to Sydney, I was able to purchase items I liked. I will definitely visit again.

  Had a bad experience here, the staff is very unfriendly made me very uncomfortable I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and after today I can assure I’m never going back.

  I have been shopping at the Alo store in Park Meadows for a very long time years, truly and I have always had an amazing experience and outstanding customer service… until today. Today, I was checked out by a cashier who referred to me as “man.” It may sound small to some, but it isn’t small to me. I am a transgender woman, and the very least I expect from a store I have been loyal to for so long is basic respect for my identity. What disappoints me is not only the comment itself, but the lack of awareness and consideration from someone representing a brand I have genuinely loved and supported. I will not stop shopping at this store because of one employee, however I do believe management should be more mindful about how their staff treats customers especially considering the majority of your clientele are women.

  I had a terrible experience with one of the blonde cashiers barking orders at me as a 3rd party delivery worker. Need to stop hiring these people who don’t wanna work. It’s making your business look terrible.
