Had such a fun shopping experience here this morning! Came in looking for a specific item which fortunately they had in stock and ended up getting a few additional items that were suggested by the very attentive staff! I’ve loved alo for a long time but never been to a store of theirs and I was so pleased with the whole experience! I’m in love with my new stuff especially the shoes 😍. Shoutout to Chloe, Kyla, and the gentleman whose name I sadly didn’t catch but you guys were all great and I want your leadership to know what a great job you did (also sorry for any misspelled names 😅).

I had such a wonderful experience with the team at Alo, especially Andrea and Sydney. I originally came in because I had an unfortunate issue with the quality of my Accolade set, and from the moment I explained what happened, they were incredibly helpful, understanding, and personable. They took the time to listen to my concerns, brought me different options to try, helped me with styling, and genuinely made me feel like they cared about finding a solution I was happy with. Nothing felt rushed or transactional. It’s honestly becoming so rare to find truly great customer service, and Andrea, Sydney, and the rest of the team completely turned my experience around. While I was disappointed with the quality issue that initially brought me into the store, the way they handled everything left such a lasting impression on me and absolutely makes me want to continue visiting Alo and trying more of their products. Thank you so much to the team for being so kind, accommodating, and wonderful to work with!

Not friendly or welcoming at all. The girls that work there think they are too good to greet customers because they work at alo ? LOL. A cute plastic clothes store. Like calm that down .

I visited to buy shoes for my father and nephew. The staff member Sydney greeted me brightly and kindly and wholeheartedly helped with my questions and services every time. Thanks to Sydney, I was able to purchase items I liked. I will definitely visit again.
