  Check your receipt!!! They scan different barcodes at the registered for higher priced items. When asked about the incorrect price they said it was a duplicated bar code, which is a complete lie. The product name was on the itemized list as well as the bar code with a different priced item of over a $20.00 difference. When confronted with facts the employees got upset and one even refused to reverse transaction requiring another employee to complete the refund. No apologies, zero accountability, or customer service, makes it feel like they a running an intentional scam.

  Extremely rude for toy store employees. Completely ruined my 10 year old's squishy hunting experience. No need to be mean to little kids, not cool!

  I really want to support a local toy store, but the way the Needoh drops are handled has become frustrating. Not because of the purchase limits, but because of the constant last minute changes and lack of communication. The drop days and times seem to change repeatedly through Instagram, sometimes even contradicting previous announcements. Customers are then expected to show up and wait while employees are still unpacking shipments that arrived that day. There also doesn't seem to be any consistent communication about how much inventory they have left on the following day. What concerns me most, though, is the employees. During the last Friday drop, there were four employees working hard to get the shipment out and manage the line. When I went back on Saturday with my kids, there were only two employees handling another Needoh line and the rest of the store. The girls working told me they had originally been fully staffed, but one employee was pulled to another location because it wasn't staffed. And despite being clearly exhausted and overwhelmed in what I feel is an unnecessarily stressful situation, Alex and Kate were still very kind and continued helping everyone with smiles. My two stars are for them. A toy store should be a fun place to work and shop, and these employees deserve better support and more consistent planning. I genuinely want to keep supporting this local business, but seeing employees repeatedly put in situations like this makes that difficult. I hope management takes this seriously, not just for customers, but for the people keeping the store running.

  amazing store!! I came in earlier during a rush and the staff were on top of it, even though there weren’t many of them. wide variety of merchandise, highly reccomend!!

  WARNING TO PARENTS! Do not buy your child pokemon packs from here, major scalping prices on Japanese’s pokemon $20 a pack for what should be maybe an $8 pack. I know this store isn’t for Pokémon but if you’re going to sell them at least be reasonable with Pokémon prices if you’re going to be a part of the community. Absolutely disgusting trying to take advantage of parents and kids who have very limited options.
