Apparently, operating during standard business hours is too much of a challenge for this location. I checked online and it looks like my experience is far from unique—random midday closures seem to be their standard operating procedure. I guess they don't care about their customers' time, and they clearly don't like making money. Take your business elsewhere to a store that actually keeps its doors open.

The second time I drove 15 minutes to this store they were open! And they refilled my lenses cleaner. I shopped around and selected a pair of sunglasses. I went to check out and they said oh our system is down- give us your name and number and the coupon mailed to you and we will call you. Well it’s been 2 days and I never got a call. I bot the sunglasses on line at a cheaper price. Don’t waste your time if you know what you want.
