- JWJordan WrightMay 10, 20261.0Had the absolute most ridiculous and dehumanizing experience here. The people who work here are classists. Me and my friend came shopping here a few nights ago to find a cute pair of pants for a concert and wanting to look at a couple other stores. We were in Earthbound when my friend’s phone rang and she had to reach into my bag to retrieve said phone. (I was holding her phone wallet and keys in my bag) From that moment on we were stalked through the entire mall into 3 different stores before i was finally uncomfortable enough I just wanted to get out of there. I heard a phone call being made to the Hot Topic employee where I was then stalked by her around the store. I ended up spending over $100 on things for myself and still treated like a criminal. I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how awful this malls employees and security are to customers. Disgusting. I’m still angry days later.

- RLRiss L.Apr 4, 20261.0I wouldn’t recommend visiting the bunny unless you’re planning to purchase a package. I brought my child just to see the bunny, but we were immediately told a package was required. When I explained we only wanted a quick visit, the staff became quite rude. My child was really excited, but there was no interaction at all—the bunny didn’t engage in any way. It was disappointing and honestly heartbreaking as a parent. We won’t be returning.
