  The older woman that works checkout with a wrist brace is the most hostile and rude employee I've ever encountered. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt the first time but she's been rude every time I've gone in. Most recently she kept talking over me when I was trying to order something from the back and I ended up getting the wrong item and had to go back in and exchange it.

  From the time that I entered the plant center outside, Renaee and Caitlyn absolutely catered to me. They were both so personable, friendly, accommodating and professional. Then, one of them then led me in with all of my plants and had me leave my cart by a register. While she then helped me find some hardware items for a project and dog treats. Then she walked with me to the cashier and chit-chatted with me until the transaction was done. Then she helped me along with Renaee, who I think might have been off at that point, out to the car to help me load up the car. Both giving me advice on a tree that I bought. These women were absolutely amazing! They were perfection! Someone needs to give them praise and a raise because they absolutely deserve it! I've never been treated like that at any business!! Thank you Renaee and Caitlyn for being as awesome as you both are!! A customer from Green Mountain Falls, CO
