  Bought Cityverse sneakers online in January, wore them a few times, the toe seam came unglued. Brought them in within the one-year Quality Promise. The associate agreed they were defective — then told me a replacement required paying the difference up to full retail because I'd bought them on sale, or I could wait for the next sale. Ended up with a gift card instead of working shoes. When I followed up by phone, I was told flatly that Lululemon doesn't replace defective items at all, store credit only — no acknowledgment that the product had failed, no interest in helping—not a pleasant experience with the level of customer service at all. Longtime customer, and this changed how I see the brand.

  Shannon and DJ were incredible with helping me make my first lulu purchase. Extremely friendly staff, huge selection of all sizes, high quality product, and great vibes all around!

  I love shopping at the Aspen Grove location! The employees here are much more professional and mature than other locations. Every time I’ve been here, I get asked by nearly every employee if I need help, I get a fitting room right away, and they even try to help coordinate outfits. As a coordination-challenged human, I appreciate this 😂

  Everyone is always super friendly and helpful, and although it’s not a huge store, they have a great selection. Hemming is quick and always comes out great (I know they send it out, but the staff here does a great job pinning my items correctly), and the fitting rooms are always clean and available.
