- CCCassie CulverAug 22, 20265.0Amazing store, amazing staff. I shop here over park meadows every time.
- FCFelix COAug 9, 20261.0Bought Cityverse sneakers online in January, wore them a few times, the toe seam came unglued. Brought them in within the one-year Quality Promise. The associate agreed they were defective — then told me a replacement required paying the difference up to full retail because I'd bought them on sale, or I could wait for the next sale. Ended up with a gift card instead of working shoes. When I followed up by phone, I was told flatly that Lululemon doesn't replace defective items at all, store credit only — no acknowledgment that the product had failed, no interest in helping—not a pleasant experience with the level of customer service at all. Longtime customer, and this changed how I see the brand.
