  I got my wife’s wedding ring here, also purchased the “life time warranty” witch I’m glad I did, we have taken the ring in over 3 times due to the same diamonds falling out. My wife doesn’t do anything crazy activity that would make this happen, 100% quality which seems to be horrible. Not only is the quality horrible but EVERY SINGLE TIME we take the ring they tell me their system is hit or miss and most of the time “the system” doesn’t show my life time warranty. Other times they are able to pull it up but this time, I’m having to return home and dig up some old paper work to prove I paid for a life time warranty. Save your money and purchase wedding bands else where. It’s been a headache to deal with JCPenney.

  Definitely come to this JCPenney if you want to wear clothes that your grandma your Fashions are very old an out-of-date unless you like 55 + years of age
