I went into exchange a pair that was a size too big, there wasn't any in my size and Vans stopped making that exact shoe. Carrington could see that I really wanted this shoe in the right size, After looking in the back and searching inventory she then got on the phone and started calling other vans stores in other states, she eventually tracked down the very last size 9 in the entire known universe and got it shipped to that store. A week later she called and told me my shoes had arrived!!! She went above and beyond, originally before I walked into the store I was having a pretty bad day, but her warm smile and friendly demeanor completely changed my whole mood and day.... Hands down best Vans store 🤘

When I asked for help finding an item, the employee named Lily responded with an impatient attitude and seemed annoyed that I even asked. Instead of being polite or helpful, they spoke rudely and just walked away to the back. The girl at the register with the glasses was very friendly though
