Delivery isn't great, they used Uber for my birthday delivery, I was not notified that I needed to be home so I wasn't home when they arrived. They didn't leave it saying that they couldn't since it was food, I'm sorry, but both hot and cold food has been delivered to doorsteps, at least since 2020. So I was forced to spend an hour to drive there, get the arrangement and drive home the next morning. The pineapple was over ripe and the other fruits were under. You can see the brown spot on the pineapple on the right and the cantaloupe.

Called the day of to confirm everything was good to go, and the person on phone was super nice. She confirmed delivery time so that they didn’t need to call the recipient, and it arrived exactly when she said it would. Order is perfect, and the birthday boy is super happy. Amazing service. It’s clear whatever previous service issues they may have had in the past have been fully resolved. I will definitely be ordering again.

- CCClarkJul 6, 20261.0Ordered a gift to be delivered for a bday, paid $10 guaranteed same day delivery. Well it didn’t get delivered and I had to call the next morning for a refund. They call the recipient to see if they are going to be home which completely ruins the surprise. Customer service was terrible. This is the second time we tried this location and the exact same thing happened in Father’s Day . They said they use uber to deliver on the weekends but apparently it’s not working and should probably advise the customers of that. If your going to miss the delivery why even take the order
