I asked for them to knock to hand deliver it to me, and they left it in a hard to see spot outside (so when I checked outside the door, it was not visible), didn’t notify us it was delivered, and the fruit went bad. When we called to explain the situation, the person interrupted us and became very condescending. They begrudgingly offered to replace it and when my husband went to pick it up at the agreed upon time, it was not ready.

Now I know today was going to be busy and it might arrive later, however, I did not expect a 3rd party delivery driver to pick it up at 7:30 pm that night. After it finally was picked up, the delivery instructions were completely ignored to drop off at the front desk area of the building. Instead it was left on some random door and my girlfriend and her colleagues were unable to find it. Waste of $100 and I’ll never use Edible again.
