- CCClark4 days ago1.0Ordered a gift to be delivered for a bday, paid $10 guaranteed same day delivery. Well it didn’t get delivered and I had to call the next morning for a refund. They call the recipient to see if they are going to be home which completely ruins the surprise. Customer service was terrible. This is the second time we tried this location and the exact same thing happened in Father’s Day . They said they use uber to deliver on the weekends but apparently it’s not working and should probably advise the customers of that. If your going to miss the delivery why even take the order

And she did not get what i ordered. I emailed them about it and their response was we sent what we had. Like are you serious! I havent been refunded and they have been ignoring my emails and my calls. Will never use this location again!!!!!

I asked for them to knock to hand deliver it to me, and they left it in a hard to see spot outside (so when I checked outside the door, it was not visible), didn’t notify us it was delivered, and the fruit went bad. When we called to explain the situation, the person interrupted us and became very condescending. They begrudgingly offered to replace it and when my husband went to pick it up at the agreed upon time, it was not ready.
