  Shopping overwhelms me, especially when there are so many options. Katherine in men's shoes was so helpful in helping me pick a few to try, then narrowing them down. I was torn between two in the end, and asked questions such as the longevity of the shoes throughout the day and long term. She was able to offer some insight that helped me pick the one that would better suit my needs. I also tried the insoles that are the main brand advertised, but they were memory foam, and I was worried that they wouldnt hold up as long as I needed them to. I asked Katherine and she suggested an alternative brand that might not be quite as fluffy, but will stand the test of time like I'm wanting. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I threw her way. She was also very sweet. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience

  I love this store. They have nice employees that always answer any questions. Its got cool stuff, always clean, and a good vibe. Any chance I get, I go over and walk around.

  1 STAR — DO NOT BUY A TRAILER FROM SCHEELS UNTIL YOU READ THIS I bought a Malone EcoLight kayak trailer from SCHEELS expecting a straightforward transaction from a company that presents itself as a premier outdoor retailer. What I got instead was a paperwork failure so basic it left me with a trailer I legally cannot title, register, or drive on public roads. The invoice SCHEELS issued at the point of sale does not match the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin for the unit — the single most important document required to title and register a vehicle. This isn't a typo on a receipt. It's a discrepancy on the one piece of paperwork the DMV requires to line up exactly, and because it doesn't, my trailer is sitting in my driveway, unregistered and unusable, weeks after I paid for it in full. Here's what really stings: this is a documentation error SCHEELS created. I did nothing but pay for the product they sold me and trust that the paperwork accompanying it was accurate. Instead I've spent hours on hold, chasing corrected paperwork, and doing the work SCHEELS' own sales and back-office staff should have caught before the invoice ever printed. A company with SCHEELS' size and resources has zero excuse for a clerical failure this fundamental — and even less excuse for how slowly it has moved to fix something entirely of its own making. If you're buying anything that requires a title — a trailer, a boat, anything the DMV touches — go somewhere else, or triple-check every document against the MCO before you leave the store. SCHEELS' selection is fine. SCHEELS' back-office paperwork process is not something you can rely on, and if it fails, be prepared to fight to get it fixed while your purchase sits unusable. I'll update this review if SCHEELS corrects the invoice and makes this right. Right now, I can't recommend buying anything titled through this store.

  I think they go over the others in helping me find what I want, what I need. Great selection, fun place to browse and shop. They have what others do not, specifically 29x2.5 mountain bike tubes,and rainbow sandals. Always helpful and friendly staff to assist me, thanks!

  Very upset with this store it has the worst customer service. My daughter and I were waiting to get help in the shoe department. We were the only ones in there and no one came up to us to see if we needed help. Then more customers came in and they went right away to help them out.There was a lady there doing nothing just playing with a ball. I will not be spending my money in this store again.
