  One store helped find and secure a sold out item at a sister store. The personnel at the sister store were as helpful and friendly as my nearby location.

  Good assortment of mens Wrangler jeans. Had some outdated signage. Not as many clearance items as other locations.

  We purchased two bags of a lime lawn supplement less than 24 hours ago. It was the wrong product so my wife returned it and had to face an inquisition by a woman who was identified as the manager by a cashier. "The Manager" said you cannot return it if the bags were opened. They weren't. The "Manager" did not even look. She was either a horrible employee or having a bad day. The cashier was lovely. Never going back.

  This store is charging an extra PIF (property improvement fee) on all transactions. This adds up quick on large purchases, which I frequently make. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again. This shouldn't even be a thing. Tax is already outrageous. The store needs to pay its own fees to the developer.

  Direction and helpfulness, sometimes people may think they know heck it may even be right in front of them but they can’t see it. Take the time be patient and be helpful and understanding give them some grace and yourself some credit it makes a difference changes opinions in ways that aren’t immediately seen or felt but will favor you in the long game I promise
