She was extremely helpful and patient with me while I browsed through their inventory. She is genuinely a ray of sunshine and so nice to talk to. She was extremely professional and was looking out for me when it came to pricing. I ended up buying two rings with her help. Both were a bit too small for me. She was very diligent in ensuring that the rings would be sized properly for me, including discussing ring sizing based on body temperature throughout the day, and scheduling the upsizing with a jeweler. I just picked up both of them yesterday and I am in love with them! The selection of jewelry at this location ranged from very ornate to simple, dainty bands. I would recommend buying jewelry from this location again, and I hope that you have the pleasure of working with Inez!
