I stopped in with a bracelet I had purchased in Thailand because the little O-ring on the clasp had broken and needed a quick repair. Because I am moving out of state soon to a small town with very few jewelry stores, I was on a major time crunch and feeling a bit stressed. Not only did they fix it for me immediately, but they also refused to charge me a single dime! While waiting those few minutes, I took a look around the showroom. The store is absolutely lovely, and my only regret is that I didn't have more time to stay and shop. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would not hesitate to return here for any jewelry repairs in the future, but more importantly, this is absolutely where you should go for all of your jewelry needs.
