  Was shopping for my partner’s wedding ring. For context we are lesbian but that shouldn’t matter. Asked for the style I wanted for the band and got it but was then asked if I’m even proposed to yet… tried to ignore the weird comment, he then asked my friend questions about her ring and then looked at me and said, “well you got the man that’s all that matters is you got the husband”. Very off putting and odd. Loved the ring but unfortunately didn’t walk away with it because of the weird comments and vibes, not to mention when I asked for a more simple ring he brought one out that was the complete opposite, put the pear diamond in upside-down and proceed to ensure me they are not commission based even though I had not asked and was not within context of our conversations at all…..very uncomfortable throughout that entire interaction.

  Lori was amazing, she helped me figure out size and style for my husband’s signet ring. I don’t trust any other jeweler when it comes to 14k gold. Best quality and I know the gold will not be plated or fake. It is so hard finding a jeweler that does signet rings but I trust Shane Co. with the engraving. Thank you again Lori!

  Everything from start to finish has been excellent! The initial sales person, then the diamond person, and then the pickup process were all great. They kept me informed along the way, and their timeline was accurate. I love my new ring, it's absolutely beautiful! They didn't make me feel bad about buying a lab diamond vs. a natural diamond either!
