    My husband wanted to get me a right hand diamond ring for Mother’s Day. It was beautiful but they only sold it in size 7. I went in the next day to have it sized, fused and replace a diamond that fell out less than an hour after wearing it. It took a month and a half to get it back. When my husband went to pick it up, it was not fused as requested. And again, I wore it maybe two hours before another diamond fell out. We are very disappointed. So now we will have to take it back in, wait another month and a half to get it back to what, have more diamond fall out? Will I only get to wear it an hour each month and a half before handing it back over? If I could give less than 1 star I would. Very disappointed. Now we are stuck with a ring I’ll never be able to wear in fear that it might lose another diamond if I do. I do not recommend buying your fine jewelry at JCPenny’s unless you plan on just looking at it.

    I mean, it's Penny's. Generally high quality merchandise, fairly friendly a d helpful staff, and reasonably good prices.
