- JTJustin Towers1 day ago1.0I dont know what the requirements are to work behind the gun counter and gun library but the only one must be "breathing", because firearm knowledge sure doesnt appear to be a requirement. I was dealing with frank I was trying to trade in guns, No sense of urgency from staff. 20 minutes to check 5 guns in at the front, 10 minutes to check guns in at the library, 15 minutes to find one of 5 guns values, couldnt find the second one. They had to ask makes and models of all my firearms that are all very common guns, then tried to price out the guns for sub models worth less than what I brought in. Also the check in process is ridiculous Wasted an hour of my time. Definitely going to sportsmans warehouse

This has been my experience multiple times between buying firearms, optics and now a bow. Obviously Ron doesn't want to work with customers and the management doesn't care.

I get that they have to make a profit, i get they cannot buy it at brand new price, but they offered me $1900......$1900 for a $3600 shotgun. REALLY??? How anyone sells their firearms to them off of those margins is beyond me. The true definition of highway robbery!
