I'd been wanting to do it for a while but just never did. I didn't tell the staff this at the time but I recently lost my husband and my father which is my other motivation for doing it now. So I was choosing things I thought my husband would like if he was still here. I had my kids with me and while I was internally struggling Guy was very kind and patient and helped me pick what I hope will be the only hat I ever buy. It turned out amazing and I am so excited to finally have a hat, Guy and the other staff were extremely helpful and kind. I will continue to go here for anything hat related. Thank you guys for making this venture a little easier for me 🫶🏼
