  I didnt catch their names but all of the staff members at this store on jan 10th were very friendly, went out of their way to help me and made me feel welcome at the store

  After buying 3 pairs online a few weeks ago I had to go to the vans store to exchange 2 of the pairs for a smaller size. Of course I ended up leaving with another set of shoes lol. Caitlyn so super kind and helpful!

  I wish I had gotten the name of the man who helped us today so I could give him the credit, but I took my son in this morning, he had downloaded the Van's app and got a bunch of points so wanted to go redeem them. The gentleman that helped us with this ended up using his own points from his app to get my son the redeemable prizes he wanted instead of the one or two he could get with his own points. This made my son's day! Walked in knowing he could only get one thing, and walked out with 5 free things because this gentleman was so very generous and let my son use his points to pick out everything they had avaliable to redeem. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY SONS DAY!
