Yet every time you arrive, you show up early and have to wait well past your appointment time before you're even addressed. So are they having people all show up at the same appointment times? Or do people just show up whenever they feel like it? If it's the latter option, why are they accepted without an appointment, forcing those with appointments to waste more time? Expect to lose/waste an hour here any given visit. This company doesn't value people's time - they only exist to drain your wallet.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
