  Very nice and neat store. Staff was very friendly, including the nice young woman Megan who helped me figure out my size and picked out a few options for me. Will definitely stop by again if I am ever back in the area. Great selection as well.

  RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE !!!! This shoe chain cares nothing about their customers or any level of customer service. Even while shopping for the initial purchase it was difficult at best to even get assistance with the purchase !!! I bought a pair of shoes that developed an internal defect after 3hrs of wear, ea hr of wear a week apart. Went back to the store assuming it would be a simple exchange "WRONG" I asked the store Mgr. on the floor for an exchange, my size wasn't in stock. I said fine please order a pair and I'll bring these in for the exchange when they arrive. She tells me I have to leave the damaged ones with her and in 7-10 days the new ones will arrive. I told her I preferred to wear them until new ones arrived. She refused, became argumentive and disrespectful, told me they didn't operate that way. I asked for her name and she refused. No name tag worn. I called their corporate customer service number thinking they need to know, they were zero help said I had to resolve it at the store of purchase, they didn't care about the managers disrespectful behavior. DSW you have permanently lost my entire families business !!!!!!

  I don't like this store because the shoes are of low quality. They only carry narrow/ regular width and most shoes have no support.

  I shopped at the Fort Collins DSW store located at 4431 Corbett Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80528 and I was helped by an associate whose name is Logan. He was very friendly and courteous. He went out of his way to help us buy shoes for our granddaughters. Thank you Logan! From the gray haired Baby Boomer carrying my granddaughter’s baby doll.

  Best customer service we have had in a LONG time! Jen and Megan went out if their way to find the right shoes for us. Great selection and prices. Very satisfied.
