  Jon is such a special human, he makes the whole experience so welcoming. It’s like your favorite cousin is helping you out, he’s a great guide, so funny and hospitable. The whole team there makes such an important decision such a smooth, stress free, no pressure process. I cannot recommend them more. P.S. We shopped around and did our due diligence and kept coming back to Jon.

  Abi at Williams Jewelers once again helped my wife and I get an absolutely incredible Rolex Submariner with the green ceramic bezel, and I could not be happier with the watch or the experience. A lot of people buy a Submariner as a beautiful watch to wear out to dinner or add to a collection. It is absolutely that, but it is so much more. This is a true divers tool watch, and I had the chance to use it in its native environment on a 40m Advanced Nitrox dive in Kona, Hawaii, I attached some video from 104 feet down. The watch performed flawlessly as you would expect. The timing bezel was precise, the build quality was exactly what you expect from Rolex, and the Submariner did exactly what it was designed to do under pressure and at depth. It is one thing to admire a watch in the case. It is another thing entirely to see it perform perfectly in the environment it was built for. Huge thanks to Abi and Williams Jewelers for helping make this happen. The experience was excellent from start to finish, and the watch itself is everything Rolex is known for: beautiful, rugged, precise, and absolutely capable.

  Went in to see what a few pieces I had might be worth because someone recommended them. Unfortunately they aren’t very friendly or helpful. They told me what I had was fake or worth nothing. Ended up going to 2 other stores, turns out all my stuff was real and worth around $2000. Not sure why they did that. It’s not a huge amount of money but I don’t feel like I was wasting anyone’s time. It’s their whole job to look at jewelry.

  Abi was the absolute BEST to work - reading the other reviews, the rest of the staff sounds phenomenal (and have always treated me with respect) but I am obviously very biased towards Abi so am going to recommend her 😅. I went in looking for my grail Rolex - this is something that I’ve wanted for a few years and have finally been in the position to buy - mind you, I don’t “look” like your average Rolex buyer. Abi treated me so well - let me try things on, took my info, stayed in touch (dealt with my check ins and hello’s), then sooner than I expected - I got the call (an actual phone call). When the day came to go in and pick it up - Abi had it waiting for me, was able to get sized accordingly and shared in my excitement of me peeling stickers off and walking out of the store with it on. This was a huge milestone for me and I feel so lucky that I had someone like Abi to be so communicative with me through the process. The best part of working with someone like Abi - is she is a true enthusiast when it comes to watches - she nerded out with me over some Tudor stuff, let me ramble about where I’m going to take this watch (already scratched the bracelet :’) and it’s liberating). I’ll be back soon and look forward to working with Abi again🤝
