Laura helped me with repairs and lost stone on 2 of my rings, she was excellent and had good customer service skills, I would highly recommend her. Adrianne and Evan waited on us when we returned for the pickup, they were very courteous and knowledgeable and were a pleasure to work with. We love Williams jewelers customer for over 40 yrs wouldn’t shop anywhere else, we now live in AZ and still come back to Williams Jewelers.

Jackie has been my go to sales associate for all watch and jewelry needs. She and her team are all so great to work with. The shop is beautifully curated and has tons of excellent new and preowned watches. They’re the only place I shop for these types of purchases. Jackie is tremendous.
I purchased a Rolex watch at Williams Jewlers!
Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The store has an incredible selection of watches, from timeless classics to the latest luxury styles. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the perfect watch without any pressure.
The quality, attention to detail, and customer service exceeded my expectations. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire buying experience enjoyable and stress-free.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy watch store with exceptional service and a beautiful collection, I highly recommend stopping by. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next timepiece!
Abi is absolutely amazing! I was told it takes a very long time for Rolex to come by, especially for the configuration datejust that my dad was looking for. Abi was able to get it in an insanely short amount of time, my family is still in awe, especially from my dad who is very excited for his timepiece to arrive (I’m still in travelling around Europe so my dad has to wait for a bit) Thank you so much Abi, words can’t describe how grateful we are and can’t wait to see you soon! Wishing you all the very best!

Judging by the other reviews, Williams may be an ok choice to buy a Rolex as they are subject to the brand, standardized pricing and warranties etc.
As a fine jewelry customer however, I would advise to stay as far from Williams Jewelry as possible. It is run like a pushy used car dealership at best, and is manipulative and coercive at worst.
I did have a relatively pleasant first experience with the saleswoman Jackie who helped me pick out my first substantial jewelry purchase which was a 7ct diamond tennis bracelet in 2024. Every interaction after the first was the worst customer service and jewelry experience I’ve ever had. It has been about a year since my last interaction with them and I was so upset then that I didn’t want to immediately write a review and possibly regret sharing my opinions. I’m still so angry now that I felt it was necessary to write a review and potentially help anyone else avoid what I experienced.
First, after buying my bracelet, I decided to take in an heirloom diamond ring to inquire about resizing and possibly resetting. The gentleman helping me shoved my ring (that had been handled by myself and other jewelers and worn regularly for years with no incident) so roughly on the sizing wand that the center diamond completely popped out of the piece. My husband and I were both shocked and speechless. They ended up taking responsibility by temporarily repairing/resetting the stone but told me that it was no longer safe to wear as it was “worn beyond reasonable repair”. Again, I had no issues before this incident but obviously became so worried it was unsafe to wear and I decided to push forward with a resetting inquiry. They quoted me $10,000 for resetting which was beyond my budget at the time but I also know now is absolutely ridiculous for the request (which at that point was simply molding and recasting the exact ring. I have since had it reset in a new design in 18k yellow & white gold with rhodium plating and with the purchase of additional diamonds it ended up being under $5k total which felt very fair and the experience was wonderful by comparison).
Next, one side of the clasp on my ($16,000+) tennis bracelet broke in about 1.5 years of very careful and light wear. I had moved to South Carolina by then and took the piece to several local jewelers and they all recommended sending it back to where I purchased it as it should be under warranty and the ideal solution was to have the original manufacturer repair the clasp as it was obviously faulty. After mailing the piece to them and weeks of waiting, I had to pay over $740 for just one side of the clasp to be repaired and mailed back to me. This included a $250 charge for cleaning and tightening which I have had done at numerous jewelry stores while shopping for free! The woman I spoke with over phone and email was SO rude, pushy and condescending. When I later shared this all with the jeweler here who reset my ring, they were horrified and said I should have refused and reported Williams for unprofessional and predatory practice. I sadly didn’t as I had been told the original maker was the ideal repairer, but I was so upset and frustrated throughout the entire exchange that it has honestly ruined the piece a bit for me. I don’t enjoy wearing the bracelet anymore as the experience was so exploitative and I don’t trust the quality now.
Either of these experiences on their own would have been really unfortunate but possibly excusable as a freak accident or a rude employee and extortionate interaction. But the tone and manner with which I was treated both times confirms that this is standard practice at Williams and I find it indefensible. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. For something like jewelry which is supposed to be so beautiful and sentimental, it is really a shame.
