  This store is nice and lots of toys. It was fairly expensive but that’s to be expected. Staff were friendly. Price is what drove to a 4 instead of 5 star.

  The coolest toy store I've ever been in. Could live there. I am well into adulthood, lol. Lots of very niche and cool items. It is our go-to toy store since Amazon/walmart/target are selling third party items now. It is on the pricey side, but worth it to me. Plus they have Mr. paul the storytime reader who is...maybe the best storytime entertainment I've ever seen. Does balloon animals, puppets, reading, singing, magic. You can hire him, but the storytimes are FREE!

  I’ve been a customer of Timbuk Toys for over 10 years and have spent a lot of money there over the years, often bringing my grandchildren with me. Sadly, after my most recent visit, I’m seriously reconsidering whether I’ll be returning. While in the store, I overheard employees behind the counter discussing LGBTQ-related topics. Regardless of anyone’s personal views, I don’t believe those kinds of conversations belong in a toy store where families and young children are present. As a grandparent, I expect the focus to be on customer service and creating a welcoming environment for everyone. The conversation made me uncomfortable, and I did not feel it was appropriate for my grandchildren to be hearing while shopping. It’s disappointing because this was once one of my favorite local stores, but the atmosphere no longer feels as family-oriented as it used to. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and keeps employee conversations professional while on the sales floor.

  At the end of the day, you can feel good for going to a locally owned toy store for your Lego instead of Bricks & Minifigs.

  I have been going to this store for a year now and I just have to give a huge shoutout to annemarie. she is absolutely the sweetest person! Every time I visit, she greets me with a warm smile, and her knowledge about all the toys is just incredible. She makes every visit so welcoming, and I always leave with a smile. I can’t recommend her enough!
